The future of Belmullet District Hospital continues to hang in the balance with no decision announced on the possible reduction of services.

Despite fears amongst locals that cutbacks are imminent, Fianna Fáil’s Deputy Beverley Flynn has said the hospital can expect good news this week from the Health Service Executive (HSE) on the moratorium on staffing levels. more.....
